Below are links to product catalogue, price list and order form. Stand supplies are ordered directly from the service centre at Norges Varemesse (Norway Trade Fairs).

Norway Trade Fairs reserves the right to invoice ordered services /supplies and catalogue products for stand and interior with a due date that is prior to the date of the arrangement. In cases of advance invoicing, Norway Trade Fairs is not committed to deliver the ordered services /supplies if the due date for the payment is not met. The exhibitor is the responsible part for the payment to Norway Trade Fairs for the deliveries to stand, whether the deliveries are ordered by the exhibitor or suppliers of the exhibitors.

* Of security reasons, the gates to the hall will not open until its made sure that there is no public left in the exhibition hall.
N.B! Be aware that persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the exhibition centre during mantlig and dismanttling.

Access to the exhibition hall for exhibitors outside the opening hours
2 hours before on the opening day, the other two days 1 hour before. 1 hour after the closing hour for the public.

Forwarding of goods and storage of packaging materials

All exhibitor goods which require assistance for positioning on the stand must be shipped to arrive in good time. All shipment must be addressed to the exhibition’s forwarding agent who is DHL Freight Trade Fairs & Events AS and who has the sole right to provide motorised transport in the exhibition halls.
Exhibitors requiring forklift or crane must order such services on the service centre’s order form or from the DHL. Advance notice, giving details of:
- method of shipment
- estimated date of arrival
- number of packages
- weight
must be sent to the exhibition’s forwarding agent as soon as possible.

Storage of packaging materials for exhibitors unable to store their own materials may also be ordered from DHL. Such storage is prohibited in the exhibition halls.

Parking permit for exhibitors

Food samples
Distributing food samples or preparing food on the stand is subject to the approval of the Romerike district office of the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (tel.: + 47 63 94 86 00) and the technical coordinator at Norges Varemesse, address:

To obtain permission, exhibitors must submit the standard report form to the Food Safety Authority’s Romerike office at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it after completing page 1 and the upper section of page 3 on short-term sale of food. The form is available in Norwegian only. A copy of the official authorisation must be available on the stand.

The sale of food and/or drink from or on a stand is not permitted.

Serving alcohol from stand
Exhibitors are not permitted to serve alcohol at exhibitions open to the general public. Exhibitors at trade fairs can apply to Norges Varemesse for a licence to serve alcoholic beverages on their stand. Applications received less than 3 weeks before the exhibition will be refused.
